State Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on Ecology and Environmental Protection has requested us to arrange the high-level international conference in Nukus and Muynak. The conference program included a plenary session, four thematic sessions, and a regular meeting of the Interstate Commission on Sustainable Development.

Actions
Our event managers and coordinators departed to Muynak and Nukus well in advance so they could be on-site and available for the client 24 hours a day.
The main challenge in this job was Muynak, a city with no infrastructure, accommodation of 1000 participants in Nukus, knowing a few hotel rooms in the city. Besides we have to deliver all equipment, furniture and even food from Tashkent. 10th of the trucks were involved in providing every staff from Tashkent to Nukus and Muynak. P.S. Muynak has located 1,400 km from Tashkent.
During the preparation, we have to design the event's identity, including a logo and a website for the event. Special charter flights were arranged to transport participants from Tashkent to Nukus, and Helicopters were involved in transferring VIP guests from Nukus to Muynak. Muynak is located 200 km from Nukus.
