THE VALUABLE EVENT, SAFETY IS THE FIRST

Asaka Bank is one of the leading Banks in Uzbekistan. The Bank has 25 Branches, six mini banks, and 149 ATM locations in Uzbekistan. The Bank services +2 067 673 private customers and +45 953 corporate clients.

The Event was held in November 2020 and became one of the city's most significant events, gathering 200 participants after the pandemic had started. Asaka Bank looked to Mercury DMC to manage a seamless event and help the organizers navigate this new health and safety territory to ensure peace of mind for all participants.

Challenges

• Safety Measures was the first most significant Event from the date the Covid 19 Pandemic has started.

• To join the 25th Anniversary and Rebranding of the Asaka Bank.

• The Hotel security service restricted the use of the Haze machine, and it took a lot of effort and communication to find the solution.

Actions

DESIGNING AND SAFETY!

Our team has to focus on the safety measure of the participants and, at the same time, organize the festive Event. Our task was to arrange a creative atmosphere that combined Safety Measures, 25th Anniversary, and Rebranding of the Bank.

Beyond producing the Event, we worked closely with Asaka Bank to formulate a health and safety plan, ensuring updated everyone on all local protocols and requirements.
